Our application process is carried out in two steps:

PREPARATION
Staple curled-up or warped shingle.
If necessary,replace worn-out shingles.
Using a broom or an air jet; clear the surface of any debris, if roofing is partially covered with lichens, mildew or fungus the surface is cleaned with cleaning solution that prepare the surface for the application of elastomeric roof protection.

 

PROTECTION
The Elastomeric Roof Protection is applied with thick-pile rollers and a paint brush. After the application is let dry for at least 12 hours a second coat is applied.

We will never use those products in roofing that are so deteriorated that it needs to be replaced.

Elastomeric Roof Protection will extend the life of your roof, sparing its replacement. In addition a simple maintenance program and, if necessary a few improvements can allow you to increase the durability and water-resistance of  your shingles, bringing you extra comfort and peace of mind.
